Uh, Oops… Notorious is NOT a Pay-Only Blog

So, um, I just started a premium content service, with my first piece on Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com just published.

Then I noticed in the settings for my paid content plugin that I had made a major boo-boo, and was sending everyone to a “Show Me the Money” page when they clicked on the post itself. This was, to put it mildly, an embarrassing mistake.

So, mea culpa. So sorry. That was not my intent.

Whatever I put up as a post, I do for fun, to help out the frustrated writer within. None of that will ever be subject to dollars and cents. Only those pieces where I’ve put in real work will be, and you’ll know because they’ll say “PREMIUM” on them.

Again, I apologize to all of you. I’ve already sent an email blast to the email subscribers, but if you were one of those who unsubscribed, listen, I don’t blame ya. But feel free to go back to subscribing if you want the new posts by email; none of those will be a pay-to-read deal.

Managing Partner of 7DS Associates, and the grand poobah of this here blog. Once called "a revolutionary in a really nice suit", people often wonder what I do for a living because I have the temerity to not talk about my clients and my work for clients. Suffice to say that I do strategy work for some of the largest organizations and companies in real estate, as well as some of the smallest startups and agent teams, but usually only on projects that interest me with big implications for reforming this wonderful, crazy, lovable yet frustrating real estate industry of ours.
