Quick Promo: The Neighborhood Advocate Initiative

Sorry to be working on Labor Day… an ironic thing if ever there was one… but a quick promo. This is really intended for those in my audience who are Association leadership or staff.

If you were at my AE Institute presentation back in March, you saw some issues I laid out for a “Leaner, Meaner, and Cleaner” Association. (By the way, you can see the recording here.) You can also get a sense of what I was speaking of from this post.

Now, I’ve been working with a number of people and organizations to make that vision and reality, and towards that goal, I’ve put together a Black Paper on the subject of something I’m calling the Neighborhood Advocate Initiative.

Normally, Black Papers are Premium Content. Not this one. This is an initiative I truly believe in, and I don’t much care whether you choose to hire me to do it, or you want to do it yourself, or hire someone else to do it for you. This is something I think needs to happen for all of us in the real estate industry.

So, if you’d like a complimentary copy, please email me at rhahn@7dsassociates.com with your Name, Association, Title if you’re staff or Involvement if you’re a volunteer REALTOR, and email address. I’ll send you a copy. (And for perfect transparency, yes, I do plan on putting a database together of people who inquired, thereby signifying that they might care about organized real estate.)

Thanks!

Managing Partner of 7DS Associates, and the grand poobah of this here blog. Once called "a revolutionary in a really nice suit", people often wonder what I do for a living because I have the temerity to not talk about my clients and my work for clients. Suffice to say that I do strategy work for some of the largest organizations and companies in real estate, as well as some of the smallest startups and agent teams, but usually only on projects that interest me with big implications for reforming this wonderful, crazy, lovable yet frustrating real estate industry of ours.
